Information Collected via the Website
We collect Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Library of Classics websites when you choose to provide it to us via an order form, information request form or contact us email. PII is any information that can be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity. This includes, but is not limited to, name, postal address, telephone number or email address. For example, you may choose to send us PII about yourself in an email or by completing an online form on a Library of Classics website. Information Security and Storage

Storage of PII
All information collected via information request forms or contact us emails is only used to respond to that inquiry. Once collected, we will store your PII for a reasonable time for record-keeping purposes and promotional marketing efforts.
All Customer information collected is maintained in a password-protected environment. This information is used for client/customer service, media delivery, contact, and reporting purposes.
Storage of Non-PII
We maintain Non-PII collected by our technology for up to 365 days. This data includes, but is not limited to, IP address, content viewed, ad interaction, interaction with other advertiser websites, browser type, Internet Service Provider, the time/date of your visit to our websites, your computer’s operating system (e.g., Windows XP), search terms used and other click and browsing behavior.
Security
Library of Classics uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of information and treats data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or share PII collected on Library of Classics websites with non-affiliated third parties.
Library of Classics may share Non-PII collected via our Technology Platforms with third-party service providers whom have contracted with third-party marketing partners, business partners and/or Library of Classics clients, and as expressly provided for herein. Similarly, we may enhance the Non-PII collected via our Technology Platforms with Non-PII collected from third-party marketing partners, business partners and/or Library of Classics clients. This information cannot be used to contact or identify any person individually.
We may disclose information to third parties when we reasonably believe we are obligated to do so by law, and in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual prohibited activities, including but not limited to, fraud and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person.
Finally, we may transfer information, including any PII collected via Library of Classics websites, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.

Opt-Out or Update Your PII
As a Customer, you may receive email communications from Library of Classics for business administration purposes, including website and platform service updates. Any promotional emails you may receive from Library of Classics will have an opt-out option within the footer of the email. If you opt-out, you will be removed from the Library of Classics email list, however, as a Customer, you will still receive any/all business administration emails applicable to your account.
